Sales on this website are exclusively reserved to the B2B, therefore You will need to be entrepreneurs with a VAT number.

HOW TO BUY:

In order to start buying from our website You will need a quick registration, using the provided form. The online registration is completely free and doesn’t require any initial buy. After completing Your registration You will receive an e-mail providing You with a user ID and a password that You will use to LOG IN our website to check our catalogues and prices. We will accept only orders made through the website, for a minimum amount of €300,00.

PRICES AND FARES:

Prices on this website are all VAT excluded. We regret our fares may vary without notice, depending on the changes on the price lists of our providers.

PAYMENT SOLUTIONS:

Payments solutions accepted:

  • BACS (no supplementary expense);
  • PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (2% supplementary cost on the total value of Your order, with a minimum contribution of €25,00);
  • BACS 30 DAYS AFTER THE MONTH ENDING (no supplementary expense).
The last solution will be accorded by SECURWORLD to clients who have previously made a minimum of 5 orders.

DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT'S COSTS:

Free delivery in the following countries: AUSTRIA, GERMANY, PORTUGAL, FRANCE, BENELUX, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, UNITED KINGDOM (mainland only), IRELAND, DENMARK, SWEDEN. For the other countries, please contact us for further details about delivery costs. SECURWORLD undertakes a transport time to the address provided of 2 working days from the payment (in case of BACS), or from the moment the order is processed (in case of PAYMENT ON DELIVERY or BACS 30 DAYS). Our courier normally delivers in 4 working days. SECURWORLD declines any responsibility for delays caused by reason beyond its control. In case any of the order product should not be available, we will contact You to give more details about shipping times.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours after being contracted or – in case of product unavailability) if the delivery times are too long. No order will be cancelled after being shipped.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION:

Products description on this website are not exhaustive. Every product in the catalogue is identified by a code number provided by the Producer Company, so that their indication is original. In case of homonimy of two or more products please contact us before making an order so that we may avoid misunderstandings.

WARRANTY:

All products on this website are 2 years guarantee. In case pf malfunction during the period covered by warranty, You must return the product to SECURWORLD; the item will be repaired or substituted at our expense.

COMPLAINTS:

All the complaints for diversity of the goods received from the ordered ones, must be made within two working days from the moment of receiving. In case of damage or theft during the transportation a basic insurance coverage is provided, refunding €10,00 per kilo. Even if this does not occur very often, You are kindly adviced to buy a supplementary insurance (during the check-out procedure) for a product with a low cost/weight ratio ( remote controls, alarm systems, accessories…).
